The reviews on the website looked all legit and at the time, there was no information that this seller was a scammer. I was purchasing two weighted emotional support spiders.

There was positive comments on their social media and high reviews, so I purchased. After the allotted time for delivery was up, I contacted support and they communicated with me about the product. All was well.

Later on, I contacted again because my tracking number was no longer working. When I asked for a updated tracking number, the email I sent them bounced back. I found their website was "moved", and their new one was shut down. At this time, a month after I purchased, I found reports on ScamPulse.com and alerts for scamming.

My credit card was unable to dispute the charge.
