I went onto the birdsaccessories.com website, added item (bene bac probiotic gel for birds) to cart, clicked on pay with paypal, when i was transferred to paypal it gave me two options, donate with paypal or donate with debit or credit card. I hesitated for a few minutes because i thought that was strange to have to "donate" in order to receive my product. But i needed this item for my bird who is getring over being sick and on antibiotics for 8 weeks. So i clicked on "donate" with paypal because i thought if i did that i would receive my item. My item cost $11.80 and i chose express shipping for $10. So that $21.80 was what I paid. I have NO item, NO item was shipped, i received NO email receipt that i paid for this item. I emailed the "seller" 5 times and text messaged them 1 time (from the phone number on paypal since the website has no number listed), i called the number twice and no answer. NO ONE has responded to my emails, text, or phone calls. When i received my email from paypal it said that i "donated" $21.80 to someone called 'savageness jose luis'... fast forward to this morning i went back onto the birdsaccessories.com website to see if it would still say to "donate" ifi went to purchase again. So i added the same item to cart, clicked pay with paypal, and when transferred to paypal it again gave me the option to donate with paypal or donate with a debit or credit card. But THIS TIME it did not say donating to 'savageness jose luis' they changed the donation name to 'adrian' something. And also, on the website it says you can log into your "account " but there is NOWHERE on the website that lets you even CREATE an accout. The address on their website says new york, and in one of their paragraphs they say they have a main office in Montgomery, Alabama, and the phone number on paypal is a California number. So i go on a website, add an item to cart, then they trick you into "donating" because you think you are getting the item that you thought you paid for. And let me just say, it is not easy to get your money back when it is a "donation"...
