In looking at Birkenstock sandals, a website came up showing the ones I was looking at to be on sale. It took 3 weeks for them to arrive and when they did, they obviously were not genuine Birkenstock’s. I have no packing slip and no one responds to an email that was given for me to return them and get my money back. PayPal claims to have no record of this transaction, yet my bank statement shows it was through them. I want my money back.
