Place an order on Facebook said Birkenstock website, when I received my shoes they were nothing like the ones they advertised, when l called the number it was the Birkenstock they had no records, the order number was not there. The name at bottom of the order was named Attirres. The number 8445054055. I received the sandal and casual shoe they were way too big I asked for a size 9.The order number was ****.
