I purchased a pair of Women's Birkenstock clogs size 38 but was sent a Men's. I attempted to exchange they said they would take 20% off if I kept. I can't wear these so I wanted to exchange they kept insisting on 20%credit to keep the wrong ones I wanted a refund, they were going to credit only 14.40 and the return goes to China, so I am going to have to pay a large amount to return an item I have already paid for. The online seller where my shoes came from is 746 S. GLASGOW AVE, INGLEWOOD, CA

There is no business name but the shoes are Birkenstocks.

This is bad business. I just wanted to exchange for the right size. Now I am out this money.
