I went online to request my birth certificate and this company claimed that they can send me my birth certificate for 129 so I paid them but they never sent me any confirmation or anything to sign . When i attempted to contact them about a refund they claimed that they sent it back but my bank has no record of the return. And now I can't get in contact with this company
