I was trying to order a birth certificate for my newborn son, and the scammers site came up as a top result when i looked up the official site. After submitting personal information including my SSN, i got to the paymebt screen and the cost was $80 instead of the $20 i knew it should be to order the certificate. Then i looked at the website further and i realized it was not an official site.

I need an expedited copy of the birth certificate and found this for 79.95. however after you submit you get a confirmation saying they've sent your info to vital chek and they'll process and you get charged another$30-50 to get it to you. That's the state fee if I would have filed direct rather than paying this company 79.95! They say I accepted terms and conditions. Grrr who knows if I'll receive anything!

I did'nt see all these reviews until after I ordered my Sons birth cert.from them and I've been nervous ever since.But I've got to say, they were extremely swift in processing my order and keeping me informed of its status.15 minutes after I sent my application to them they emailed me back asking if some info was correct, I sent back yes it was,and they said they would continue with the processing.That was just 15 minutes after receiving my application.I ordered the certificate on 4/16 and received it today 4/19.Thats fast enough for me! I don't know why so many other people had problems.But I had a very good experience.

While trying to obtain my birth certificate from my home state, I found this company online. It offered me options to expedite but I opted for standard delivery. After signing up and paying my money online, I received a document indicated signature and copy of drivers license required. The next day I received an email telling me that they were unable to withdraw more $$. When I inquired, I was informed that there out fee's I agreed to and that those fee's vary by state. I have requested a refund... ha. I will be closing that account used for this transaction and filing a dispute with my bank. They send me an email warning me not to dispute charges. I will take my chances with legal.

I applied for a replacement Social security card online through ssnsimple.com then I got an email from [email protected]

stating they billed my Visa $124.95. for a birth certificate I never ordered. I called to cancel with them & they told me it was already processed. But I have not received anything via email or usps. I was refused a credit. It states in their website you can get a refund if you have an order# sent by them in a confirmation email. I never rec'd theat email because I did not order from them.

ordered a birth certificate copy and after i paid they started asking a lot of personal questions not necessary for getting a birth certificate. I did research and there is fraud scam alerts online. they took money and personal information and now i’m scared.

This company is a complete scam. I paid 89.99 to receive an expedited copy of my birth certificate via email. Once I paid that I was sent an email confirmation that had a order number and tracking number attached. I was required to fill out the paperwork with a copy of my ID and send in a $34 money order to receive my birth certificate. I happen to follow up a week later and called the number and it directed me to customer support via email only. I also looked at the address for vital records where I sent my email in a self addressed envelope they sent and it's not the correct address for my city. So I strongly believe they somehow got the $34 money order as well. So I'm out of over $100 and still won't receive my birth certificate. When I contacted support via email they wrote me back and said they had no record of my order which I dotn understand when the money was taken out my account and I was sent an email confirmation. Also it only cost $34 on the government website to get a copy of your birth certificate so I'm not sure why they charging all this extra money. I will be more careful and only order from government and certified sites in the future. Everyone please stay away from this scam company!!!

I paid to get my birth certificate through birth certificate state.com . Gave them $124.96 just to only get a email saying I have to give vital chek $50 plus to pay for some processing fees. So I emailed them and tried to get in touch with them and haven't heard a single word from them.

I was trying to receive my birth certificate and I had no red flags come up right away the said 99.xx and then I paid 25 more for expedite shipping since I'm in need of my birth certificate for the military, when I went to cancel/ refund they emailed me saying everything was already processed even tho I never sent in the additional paperwork that required. Then they stated an additional fee is charged. I believe this "company" needs to be closed down no before they scam many hundreds more for their own benefit.
