I ordered a bow tie from www.birties.com for $25 on July 25, 2015. I received an email order confirmation and my credit card was charged, but I never received a tie. I tried contacting the company 4 times and never received a reply. The only contact information on the web site is the email address I sent messages to.

I've also found numerous complaints about this site on twitter. Please shut the site down ASAP. I'd appreciate anything that can be done to get my money back.
