I engaged the services of Bis Medium for a 1-hour virtual reading, as advertised on their platform. Unfortunately, my experience has been highly unsatisfactory, and I am compelled to bring the following issues to your attention:
Frequent Changes in Session Dates:
The scheduled dates for my virtual reading were changed multiple times, causing inconvenience and frustration. This lack of consistency and communication is concerning and reflects poorly on the professionalism of the psychic medium.
Shortened Session Duration:
Despite paying for a 1-hour session, the actual reading lasted only half of the promised time. This discrepancy between the advertised duration and the actual service provided is deceptive and unacceptable.
Blocking Clients Who Express Dissatisfaction:
After expressing my concerns about the shortened session, I was inexplicably blocked from further communication with Bis Medium. This unprofessional behavior prevents clients from addressing issues and seeking resolutions.
Failure to Refund for Unfulfilled Services:
Despite the truncated session, I have not received any acknowledgment or refund for the portion of the reading that was not fulfilled as per our agreement.
I kindly request the Better Business Bureau to investigate these matters thoroughly and take appropriate action to address the unethical conduct exhibited by Bis Medium who resides in Miami Florida. This complaint is not only for my benefit but also to protect other consumers who may be vulnerable to similar practices.
