SCAM ALERT! JESSE F HALL is a CON ARTIST! WARNING! DO NOT use Bison Paving! We needed our driveway paved with asphalt. Jesse Hall gave us a proposal and requested 50% up-front before he would start the work. We gave him a check for $4k and the next morning he came back with two workers and began unloading a skid steer and mini asphalt roller from his trailer onto our driveway. But they could not get the asphalt paving machine unloaded because the engine would not start. At 8:41 a.m. we asked Jesse Hall what is happening? He texted back at 9:03 a.m. saying "The cold killed the batteries." He tried to jump start the battery from a pick-up truck but was not successful. Jesse Hall then disappeared from the job site. The other workers said Jesse Hall went to his brother's house nearby. Hours later Jesse Hall returned to our job site along with his brother (Rick) who remained seated in his black Jeep Wrangler. Jesse Hall came up to us yelling "I quit!" throwing his arms in the air then turned around heading back down the driveway. We ran behind him saying what do you mean, you must finish the job or give us back our money! Jesse Hall refused, loaded the equipment, and they all left. Shortly thereafter, two trucks with asphalt material arrived at our property. We told the truck driver that Bison Paving already left. As the truckers turned around, we got into our car and followed them. The trucks turned into a parking lot down the street where we saw Jesse Hall and his crew standing. The next morning, we returned to this golf course parking lot and saw a fresh strip 120' x 18' of asphalt. It was laid unevenly using shovels and the mini asphalt roller. The Clubhouse Manager and Property Superintendent confirmed Bison Paving approached them saying they could not lay the asphalt at the homeowner's site and asked if the clubhouse could use it. Also, the trucking company Owner confirmed Jesse Hall instructed them to dump the asphalt at the clubhouse parking lot and to cancel the remaining truck load deliveries. We called Jesse Hall multiple times demanding our money back and he refuses saying that we ordered the asphalt. The truth is that Jesse Hall's asphalt paving machine would not start so he could not do the job. He swindled our money to cover his losses for the asphalt material he ordered. Jesse Hall is a liar and his brother - who is also in the asphalt business with his own company - is his accomplice! Jesse Hall has Oklahoma license plates and his brother has a Texas plate, out of state scammers! DO NOT work with Jesse Hall from Bison Paving. The police said we must take Bison Paving to court.
