https://www.bissell0utlet.shop/ is a counterfeit website which claims to be associated with Bissell Vacuum Cleaners. The scammers have copied actual ads from the real Bissell website and changed the prices to ridiculously low numbers. They offer amazing discounts if you make your purchase in the next 72 hours. Additionally, you cannot rely on PayPal as a means of validation as PayPal still does business with this website. Once your transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email which verifies the payment has gone through, but no actual order information. The site will generate an actual tracking number with USPS, but no package will ever show. Also, there is no legitimate contact information available, just a "Contact Form" to fill out. You will never receive a response. This website was purchased in June of this year (2021), with no publicly available owner information. Do not do business with these criminals.
