1. On 08/07/2018 placed an order "Nest Hello Video Doorbell - Wifi" paid through Paypal. Order ID#*** total cost $149.00
2. After 2 days - 08/09/2018 the order history status change to Reversed.
Since this online shopping site is only registered on 05/07/2018, I am afraid this web site is legitimate, I tried to sent several e-mails use the e-mail on the website [email protected], *** - I found the fund is sent to this person. I do not get any reply from these 2 e-mail. I try to call the store number 1-978-741-0977. The phone number never have any one answering the phone.
3. I filed a complain through Paypal, Paypal sent e-mail on 08/09/2018 no reply either.
4. Today is 08/15/2018 I do not see this site has update the will ship my order either.
