I saw a post online about receiving money back from an investment. I bought the plan for investment. Once it was time to receive my investment, it said I needed to pay a "Payment Fee." I paid the fee through CashApp. Once I paid, CashApp would only let me send partial. They then said I could use Coinbase, and the same thing happened. It happened 3 times through CashApp and 2 times through Coinbase. Each time, they said I was doing something wrong. I asked them to use what I paid as the fee, but they said they invested it, and the amount I originally was supposed to get, $16,900, increased to $49,500. Finally, they said my final fee would be $1,584. I refused to pay it by telling them I had no more money, but they kept saying as soon as you pay it, you will get your money immediately. They constantly said, people are getting paid and I should be also.

Also, once through CashApp, the person said to try to see if they could pay it. I sent them $200 in CashApp, then they showed on the website that my Payment Fee reduced by $200.

They are actually manipulating a website and updating numbers making it look like they are trying to process your money when all they are doing is continuing to ask for more and more. They try to stop communication by acting upset and try to make you feel bad because you don't trust them. As long as you keep communicating, they will communicate reiterating, "this is the final fee and you can get paid...I really want you to get this money."

Scammer is online asking individuals to send money to flip for them and stating that’s it’s coming through from bitcoin via cashapp.
