Upon clicking link it looked like USPS, but wouldn't accept visa to redirect package, probably wanted credit card, USPS didn't send an email about a package, and it wouldn't have wanted a payment for a package redirect. Upon entering card info, it said it was not accepted and would not take any card info but I suspect it stored it somehow.
