I am reporting this site as fraud per my bank/*********** request. I had attempted to withdraw my crypto tokens (********) from an online site/app that deals with cryptocurrency. On 5/15/21 I attempted to move $243 of ******** from BitMart to ******** wallet. BitMart stated it was successful. However when I contacted ******** they said that was incorrect, further investigation shows near every single person who has ever attempted to withdraw from BitMart has been unsuccessful and multiple websites mention them as scammers. So much so they have even created a BitMartisascam.com website. I’ve was advised by my COIN wallet to get in contact with BITMART in regards to the transaction from BITMART into COIN that did NOT go through. Although it stated it went through successfully on Bitmart’s end, the COIN wallet did not accept it because it was not even an actual asset. It appears this transaction was performed using ********* ********** chain. Because ******** does not support BEP2/BEP20 and they stated they would not even have access to these funds. They’d also said that BitMart should be able to get these funds back but they are absolutely unreachable I’ve included the following date, time, amount and transaction hash I.d in the attached picture and following information.
***** ****************************************************************** ******** (the CryptoWallet I attempted to send my ******** tokens to) stated they never received the actual asset despite BITMART stating it was successful: From ********, “ Hi ******* ******** is unable to retrieve this cryptocurrency because we don't currently support the BEP network. Furthermore, the asset that was sent is a ******* pegged token of that asset, not the actual asset itself.” All attempts to reach BitMart are unsuccessful and have been answers only by Scammers attempting to receive my wallet password and user ID. They are IMPOSSIBLE to reach and nowhere is there a physical address or contact number that is operational. Even their online Cue will kick you out after attempting to wait for a person.
