They are mainly targeting Chinese but may not limited to other races. The girl named Emily added me on Line and convinced me to register an account on Bitwinner platform to buy FGT coin. It had a pretty good profit but the money can never be withdrawn. And they are trying to get more from me by paying 30% of the balance for tax. Obviously they are scam. My account on bitwinner is frozen by them and lost all my money.
