I found this business online and paid them in Jan of this year to help me create a website. I paid them 499$. I later paid them an additional 150 to create and print business cards. I was working with people that were emailing me and calling me very frequently at first but never at the set times we discussed. We would have a planned call and they would not answer the phone then later they would harass me with numerous calls and emails. It was also very difficult to communicate with them due to their accents. Alos their phone numbers kept changing. At some point the people I was working with no longer responded to my emails or texts. I then contacted the company directly again and was told those people no longer work there and that my project would be reassigned. At this point I had received very substandard work and was very dissatisfied with the product, communication, and treatment I had received. I had invested a lot of time and money and still had nothing. I requested a refund. I was told paperwork had been submitted and I would receive a refund. I had to follow up several times, but I did eventually get my 150$ back. I continued to request the rest of my money and was told it was in process. I have not received any more of my money back. They no longer respond to me on their chat feature online, return my calls or texts. Several of the numbers, including the number on their website is no longer active. I feel this is a scam they are running, and they never had any intention of completing my project or later refunding me. I am a small business, and this is significant loss for a start-up company. They told me they are located in the US but they are not.
