We started receiving mail addressed to this pest control company at our home address. We do not own or operate a pest control company. This is a fake business using our personal address and most likely one of our stolen social security numbers. We have reported this to the Secretary of State, the FTC, the US Postal Service, and now the BBB. We have filed a fraud report locally with our police department and we will prosecute to the full extent of the law.

The person's name is Daniele Nhu who scammed me. The person contacted me by text telling me they could help me apply for a business grant. The fee for me to apply for the grant is 3000 then another 1000 and one more 1000 for two grants. I sent the fee via Zelle from my Bank of America account. I was supposed to get paid the grant by the end of June 2023 earlier this year but have not. The person did not respond to any of my texts, calls, and emails. The person completely ghosted me and I can't seem to get in contact with the person. This person used to help me apply for another loan but now this time the person just took my money, ghosted me, and ran off.

Sending emails to business with product catalogue list. I chose products, ask him invoice, he sent me invoice and paid through wire transfer and later on found that I was scammed.

I had noticed several charges for 39.99 and another for 49.99 on my checking account that I did not identify. When I called the company to ask what the charge was for they could not answer any questions, but offer to refund my account. When I asked again what the company was they told me it was connected to Bode Well Concepts Inc. there is no number for this company or any other way to contact them. It sounds as though these are people in a room charging accounts in a day where people are not regularly watching every charge processed. The phones number attached to these charges were all the same except for one digit. 1.855.452.4399, 1.855.452.4396, etc. I know this is a scam but wanted to attempt to report it in the only way I knew how, in an effort to stop them from doing the same thing to countless others.
