This is becoming harassment. I do not owe anything. I was never told there would be a charge on my card. The salesman insisted there would be NO charge on my card during the trial period for the month. I cancelled the card the same day he convinced me there would be no charge. Thankfully, I gave an expired card, somehow knowing Yelp would try to charge me for unwanted/unused services.

I have called and discussed this with customer service and was told there would be NO CHARGE and it would be taken care of! As of now, it seems either it wasn’t taken care of or you have poor communication within your company’s internal departments.

If I continue receiving these harassing emails, I will contact the ScamPulse.com and give negative reviews/comments on Google reviews.

Please remove me completely from all of your data base as I will no longer even use the “free” version of Yelp.
