I was really excited on buying a shih tzu puppie and have wanted one forever! i send over 400 dollars on a monday and then the rest of the total on thursday then friday she was suppose to be flown to my area. Then they emailed me needing 900 dollars worth of insurance money to send her which i had no clue about. They then ignored the rest of my accounted emails that I have sent asking for a refund on my money.
