I was looking to order lingerie online from the official Black Bunny Store website (www.blackbunnystore.com) since a friend of mine told me about it. Not knowing at the time, it was the incorrect web address for the store since I am not familiar with them, my friend sent me a link www.blackbunny-store.com. I ordered lingerie set from the website in which I was redirected to PayPal to complete the order. I processed the order on PayPal, but never got a time frame of when my package will arrive. After my order, I received confirmation from PayPal about the order and an email from the store's website offering me a 30% coupon to redeem within 15 minutes to complete another transaction. Typically, when stores email consumers the company's name is included as the email address main domain, however for this company they sent me an email from [email protected]. Another red flag was when I received an email from the store's representative to thank me for the purchase in which his web address was [email protected]. Immediately after my purchase, I reached out to PayPal to inform them that the store I ordered from may have been a fraudulent website in which a case was submitted. I also contacted the PayPal seller for blackbunny-store.com to inform them that I wanted to cancel my order. I am still waiting for PayPal to update me regarding the status of my case. I want to warn consumers about the potential risk that may encounter from ordering from this site since it has a lot of red flags to show it may be conducting fraudulent activity.
