Put in order on Feb 14. This black owned company does not deliver, no number, no address just a generic email address that they send you the same thing over and over. Please excuse yourself of the headache. They tried to push the blame on the manufacturer instead of accepting accountability as a company failing people. This Kate Jollett Calabio that address everyone does not exist, I looked her up. Complete fraud.

I have emailed several times just to get the same response ( they had a problem with raw material out of their control) I spent 135.00 and have not received a refund or the earrings. So my next step is to go through my bank and report this company as a fraud. So I can get my money back.. Buyers beware! I wished I would of read these complaints before buying lesson learned!

I hit these people up 3 times threw email, tried to call no answer, They sent me a message addressed to someone else. I asked for my money back I don't even want the products and they stopped answering my email. How can we go buy to get are money back?

These people took my money! I ordered two peices of jewelry back in November. I used Affirm to pay for it and have yet to receive it. My loan is paid off. I have at least 6 emails saying my refund should be processed soon and have received nothing. Never again!

When I checked with them, one time they said they switched distributors foe their products but would get it to me soon and then I started asking about speaking to management and management never got to me, I finally had to file a dispute with my bank

I placed a order in august 2020 and i am still patiently waiting. ive been corresponding with these people since october and i still can't get a straight answer from them. They won't give me a refund and they can't give me a straight answer about whether or not i can get a full credit to order something else. I'm over it at this point. I purchased 3 items from the company and did not receive them

I ordered 2 necklaces and a bracelet for a total of $144.00 which was deducted from my account. unfortunately I paid with my Cash App card and can not get a refund. They are a total scam and the address that the business is scamming out of is the Wyoming Corporate Office LLC. They use their address and services to hide the scammers. Please expose and help.

We certainly are not a fraudulent company nor do we take anyone’s money and not deliver what they paid their hard-earned money for.

However, we admit wholeheartedly that we did have unforeseen manufacturing issues with our earring manufacturer that did result in 100-120 orders from mid-November and December that couldn’t be manufactured as we were making a huge transition to find another manufacturer.

Our customer service team has always replied to customers in a timely manner; and has been fully sympathetic about their concerns. We have since resolved these issues with all customers with either a refund or their order being made and shipped.

s a new and growing business reputation is important and we fully realize that the negative comments made here are a burden for us.

Same here I ordered back on November 4, 2021 no product yet. I too keep getting a piss poor email about raw material and they are working as quick as possible to get my order to me. They even promised a free gift for my inconvenience. This company is not reliable and the emails are the same each time which makes me think this is a scam. I ordered 2 pairs of earrings on October 12, 2021 and have still not received my items. I emailed the customer service and received a response back stating they are out of material to make the earrings and gave the usual I’m sorry for the inconvenience speech.
I have emailed them every 2 weeks since and receive the same auto generated message back.
This place is definitely a scam. They refused to refund my money and when I asked if they were registered with the BBB they cut off communication. The phone number listed on their website goes to a voicemail but you cannot leave a message. I’m so deeply disappointed about this.

I ordered mid October gift for Christmas, they say 20 days so thought get before holiday delivery.

I have emailed and there is a report we with general reply, apologising for delay and then say having issues get the material from suppliers.

But they don’t email to let you know this, you have to chase them and still no earrings.

The website and reviews seem legit but the business doesn’t appear to be registered at the address. Didn’t find out this until recently.

Should of known something weren’t right when after I ordered, I received a text from my bank querying the payment.

This company is a scam. I have been waiting over 2 months for my order and of course no contact from the company. No email. They will not answer the phone. The support chat option on their site is a joke. Do yourself a favor and submit a fraud claim with your financial institution if you've already ordered. If you are thinking about ordering, DON'T! The website and reviews looks legit. When you make the purchase it says to allow 20 days for the items to be delivered. I've emailed the email address that's on the website you will get a response saying the items raw material was on backorder. They will not respond to refund emails. The address on the website does not exist.
