Looks official. Says that it provids Grants for Blacks impacted by covid. But asks you to open a bank account or provide banking information. It wants you to deposit money into account to test account then they will reimburse your funds and deposit your grant money. Don't Believe It. ACTION NEEDED - Your Application has been Approved
