I authorized $25.81 for some shoes and clothes, I thought I was getting from Macy's. They took out the $25.81 plus .77 cent separately. I ordered the items around 1/24/23 and they delivered on 2/27/23 at 3:30 pm. But they didn't I was home.

I ordered a sweater, supposedly from Macy’s. as was the case with the previous individuals, they claim the item was delivered. They said they “checked with the courier to make sure the package was delivered.” I asked for the name of the courier so that I could check with them directly. At the same time I pointed out that it could not have been USPS, as no USPS tracking number had been assigned to it, I noted that this was confirmed by my local post office. Days later, I was sent this link https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction, which of course provided no information. This is obviously a scam and I am kicking myself for falling for it!

I ordered from this website www.blackation.com first time on January 20,2023 and according to delivery time it was 10 days, I started emailing support since February 09,2023 for the package delivery. Firstly tracking website was showing package is in Transit then on February 20,2023 it updated that package is delivered to mailbox at 15:00 as no package is received from any delivery company even I checked my post office and to my neighbors. I place order Aliexpress and Amazon are delivered after I made order from Blackation. My other orders from, Aliexpress and Amazon are delivered without any problem and issue only I am facing package not received issue from this website.
I dont want any other order to place from Blackation. I need help to find whats going on there many other people who are facing same issue.
My Order #16438 of $ 24.97 for 5 items paid by Bank5 debit card ending with 4952. I need refund.

There is no record of above tracking in USPS. I am writing them emails at [email protected] since then but they are not helping instead irritating replies are sent in email by different names, William Mica Jason Karen.

Clothing sales offered from Macys. I ordered several items that were very inexpensive and never received anything. They emailed me and said it was delivered. I called the post office with the tracking number and they couldn’t find anything. I called my credit card company and disputed the payment.
