They have a professional looking website that draws one in. They offer all the guarantees, money back etc. They have two customer service e mails. It looks like they have canned responses to keep one hanging on. They will send back an e mail with a tracking number; however, when one goes to USPS and tracks it is always they created label but provided no product to send. CS will come back and say oh we sent it, the USPS is slow. Or if you really raise cain they will say oh we will send it overnight. Like usual it never arrives. The telephone is a recording saying call back later. Question: what can be done to get them off the internet? It also appears they are using a fake physical address. They also say on website made in the USA which is probably false. Question: do you actually try to contact them or verify their address. It just seems like they can just continue to operate scamming prople.

There is information on the internet about a blackbird4k drone. It sends you to that website blackbird4k.com which is good website. You then order and they immediately take your money. They say you get the product in 3-5 days. You do not get the product so you call the numbers with no answer. You then send e mails over and over. They will send e mail saying it has been sent. It never arrives. Order placed 12/10 and still it has not arrived. You call and by chance a Fernando picks up phone and tells you all the problems of so many orders and it is USPS not picking up orders. He promises you will get product. He will put you on hold and then comes back and says and says by tracking number you should get it that night or next morning, It never comes. You call and get Fernando who put you on hold and comes back and says he will get order changed to overnight.You still do not get order.

I was searching for a Blackbird drone for a Christmas gift and this website was the top site to order from. It appeared to be a very secure site and checked all the boxes. The purchase was made through PayPal and there was no issue and the site said we would see Brownstone as to where the payment would be made to. What we received was three drones and cases from China and this is a made in the USA company. I have called the customer service number at least 8 times and have sent multiple emails to both email addresses.

I’m frustrated and am out $187.98.

I don’t know where else to turn so I’m asking our ScamPulse.com to assist.

Appreciate any help at all.

I purchased 2 of these drones for my kids. I also bought cases for them and bigger batteries and extended warranty. it was close to $300. i didn't see anything for two weeks so I contacted them and a man replied he would look into it. I gave him the order #s he then sent me a tracking number and said they were on the way. I looked up the tracking number of which the postal service said there was no package under that number. I then tried to contact the customer service again but this time no reply I emailed him , the company and nothing but they have my $300. I'm a combat veteran on disability and a single parent I can't afford to loose that amount of money. those were supposed to by boys christmas presents. I can't afford to go spend another 300 to replace those so now out both money and the boys presents. I can't stand people that do that kind of stuff to other people.its pathetic and cruel.

Ordered 2 blackbird drones, cases and warranty. Was notified the order was shipped with tracking number. After 8 days of no activity on the tracking, contacted the usps to be told the tracking number was not valid. Contacted customer service ,they then said it was preparing to ship and would send tracking shortly. Received another email that order was shipped with a different tracking number. This tracking number was also invalid!
