You think they are a real health insurance until you pay a couple months. Then make an appointment at the doctors and they say “well i have never heard of this” even try calling the company. Then end up getting some crazy fake bill in the mail and start digging. You’ll find out all over on google, it says Blackhawk claims services is a scam. They sent insurance cards and everything. So please don’t have to find out the hard way. RESEARCH
