This company initially text me trying to get a hold of my husband. My husband and I called via a conference call and they stated that he had a 'my cash now' loan that had defaulted from 2015 and that he owed almost $5000.00. They tried to settle for a lower price on the phone (of course). When we said no way just sue us, they claim that they have filed a civil suit against him and said "fine sir, see you in court". We laughed, they hung up.

We have been getting these types of crazy collection claims from this same place for almost 3 years. They claim they deposited money in an account for my husband which we confirmed through the bank never existed. They claim they have mailed us multiple letters with regard to this supposed debt, we have never received anything in the mail. They have used several different dates this supposed loan was taken out from 2011 through 2015. We have NEVER taken out a payday loan. There is also NOTHING on his credit report to indicate this 'debt' is legitimate. TOTAL FRAUD!!

We tell them all the time to just take us to court and hang up. The frightening thing is, they do have all of his information. SSN, address, phone, place of work etc.. We have blocked multiple numbers and made multiple complaints but someone needs to do something. We luckily have never given these creeps a penny but I'm sure others have not been so lucky.
