BlackRome has poor communication with its customers especially when orders are late. I made an order for my daughter Dec 23, 2015 and I am still waiting. They gave generic explanations on the status via email after dozens of requests. Now they are refusing to communicate with me at all. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! They messed up my daughters excitement about her after Christmas gift.

I am an unemployed Navy veteran and I do not have money to donate to scam artist. I want my money back but they won't give it to me upon request and they fail to communicate. After doing research I see I am one amongst many.

Please help! ***
