Got a payment plan to pay off a debt and when I called to make a payment it says to hot 1 for help. When I pressed 1 it hung up on me. Cynthia called me back and told me to just send money by mail bec as use their call center is closed. I got suspicious and looked on line and it mentions only one employee and the company is closed.
Obviously a scam

This is not a scam company . Mrs Grabowski this is not true about the company . I have communicated with you for over 1 year and I just communicated with you last week . you stated you paid this and i said ok and cancelled your plan . We have communicated by email and i have the responses to you from our company . It is unethical to file a false complaint against a company . It is a civil matter to report this as you misleading people about a matter that never took place or a conversation . We follow the guidelines of FDCPA . You be angry about a past debt however don't try to Damage a company by putting false complaints . i have no problem posting the emails with us stating to you that since you paid another company we will close the matter. We never hung up on anyone and we don't tell people to just send in money. We never told you that. Have a wonderful day.

1st voicemail from a month ago, addressed to my maiden name(married 25 yrs): She claims that I committed a felony by attempting to obtain a loan on a closed account thru National Loan Co. and that a warrant would be served for my arrest. A second voicemail from yesterday, 4/19/2018, same number: He says I have 2 felony charges, requested info & Soc Sec #, threatened warrant served at my place of employment. They claim to be out of TX but my research shows that they are based in GA. I've lived in Iowa all my life and other than my 25 year old mortgage, and a couple of IA student loans, paid off 28 years ago, I've only ever obtained loans thru my local Credit Union.
