<p>I contacted Blake's Waterslide and Rentals to rent a waterslide/bouncy house combo for a Labor Day weekend party. Using Messenger, he replied and agreed there was one available the weekend I was looking for one. He sent a contract for me to sign along with the request of a $200.00 deposit, with the remaining $100.00 to be paid upon delivery. At that time, I was also informed there would be a $250 refundable insurance fee. This was to be refunded upon pickup as long as there was no damage. The Friday he was to deliver, I sent (through Messenger) directions to my house. He then informed me there is an additional refundable fee of $250 for the pump and fan that was not covered in the previous fee for the tent. There was no mention of this earlier in our transactions. I paid the fee and they told me it did not go through, so I needed to try another form of online payment. </p>

<p> After some discussion, I then asked for ETA. They gave me one (which was outside of the agreed delivery time) but they did not come. There was no delivery. I did not receive what was agreed on. I tried to contact them through the email I received the contract with, the website and the messenger contact I had but all came back as "undeliverable" or "couldn't send" because the page was no longer available on messenger. I contacted my credit card company who refunded the $200.00 and the original $250 because the merchant did not dispute the refund. However, the second transaction for the $250 (insurance for the pump and fan) was attempted twice, (both times through CashApp using my cc and my bank account) was disputed stating the transaction was authorized by me and the services rendered in full. </p>

<p>Again, the bouncy house was not delivered. The credit card company asked for further details, which I supplied, and the bank directed me to Better Business Bureau. The transaction was made to ZaHarie Moore through CashApp. Again, any attempt to get a refund was a failure due to no way to contact them. I went through the email again [email protected] and the email was returned. I requested a refund through CashApp and it went unanswered.

They said in a messenger conversation they were from Midland, MI. I do not think now that that is true. </p>
