Purchased 4 (supposed to be) Portable AC units. Never received an invoice, even after multiple emails. After over a month Units received were not what we ordered at all, completely different product than what was advertised. Did not work as advertised. Refuse to refund as we’ve already opened the package to test what ended up being “tiny fans” .

Same day I ordered I started receiving multiple phishing emails and texts messages therefore my personal information was sold. Company refuses to back the terrible knockoffs, now ignoring me.
