I purchased 4 a/c units from this company. I didn’t get an email confirmation. A couple of days later, I got fraudulent purchases with that card, they called me saying they were with my bank and I had fraudulent charges. The next morning I found out my my bank account was hacked online and they took over 1K in money and I had to freeze my accounts. I called the 800 number and the person was in India, I asked for the company name and he said what sounded like prestige, I asked him to spell the name and I could barely hear him from that point on and said I was going to report them to the BBB. I have a photo copy of my online transaction and the phone number.
