Ordered blast desktop ac, money has been taken from my bank account. Never was sent shipping confirmation like they told me, just kept telling me " we are busy and will get back with you". This has been going on for weeks. Their emails are signed Team person,Stephanie

I ordered a portable air conditioning unit from blast auxiliary.com but I never received the unit. I tried contacting the company but they never responded in a meaningful way. It was only a "we are looking into the matter" type of response. Please avoid this company.
