THEY ARE A MONEY LAUNDERING SCAM OUTFIT, THEY LIE ABOUT THEIR 30 DAY RETURN POLICY, WHERE TO RETURN IT, HOW TO RETURN IT, WHO TO RETURN IT TOO. I DID EVERYTHING THAT WAS ASKED OFF THEIR WEB SITE FOR RETURN'S TO GET REFUND, THEY WOULD NOT CORRESPOND WITH ME AFTER I EMAILED THEM, I GOT U.P.S. DOCUMENTATION, AND SIGNATURE OF PERSON WHO SIGNED FOR THE RETURNED EQUIPMENT, NEVER HEARD FROM THE COMPANY I TRIED TO EMAIL 3 TIME'S WOULD NOT RESPOND, ALSO BEEN RUMORED THEY USE FAKE AMERICAN FIRST NAME'S TO CONFUSE UPSET CUSTOMER'S.

I followed a link from Instagram and while on their website side pop ups show up of other people from different states who have just purchased the same item you're trying to purchase that is the portable AC. At the end of purchase they sent me an email with a confirmation number telling me due to COVID-19 it may take up to 30 days to receive my item and an email with shipping track number will follow when it's shipped I purchased this item since June 25, 2020 and up to now I have not heard from them. I have tried to call the phone number provided, emailed them and no response they give you a phone number to call in case of any questions and when I called it kept saying due to high volume of calls it will take longer than usual to answer the call. After half an hour of hold time they transferred me to a survey line to rate on the phone conversation I just had with them mean time I spoke with no-one. They even have live customer service chat window and when I type my question it took half an hour before any-one responded and finally when someone came all they wrote was someone will be with you shortly and no-one ever comes back to the chat line.
