I attempted to purchase a personal air conditioner online but repeatedly got card declined responses. I checked my credit card company and found a charge pending from these people. I called the company and was told a confirmation was sent. It was not. Despite several attempts to keep me from cancelling the order, I was told it was canceled and email confirmation of this was sent. It was not. I am going to register a despute with my credit card company.
