This website is claiming 2 day shipping of the Blendjet product. My order was supposed to be delivered 1 week ago, and I have received no shipping information/updates. There is no readily available customer service that responds, and when I finally reached a representative I was told that they are unable to give me any timeline of when my order will ship/I will receive it. I would like to warn others of my experience so that they don't end up in the same situation. I have tried leaving reviews on the seller site/affiliated, and it seems any critical reviews are removed.
