Advertisement seen many times on Instagram for a reduced priced scooter. After seeing the advertisement many times decided to give it a try. I’m not usually a sucker for this kind of stuff but I have muscular dystrophy and needed a mobility scooter. They said it was it was discounted due to shipping issues through warehouse. Showed what looked like caucasian individuals riding the scooters in a warehouse. I have emailed back and since 5/31/23 and responses have been from it’s taking time to ship to it’s been delivered. It was never delivered and they offered to ship again with no success. When I asked for refund their response has been to offer half back

I received a package from a Stacey Trawick from 3300 Leonis Blvd Vernon California.
It was a towel. I never ordered a towel. After reading these now I'm wondering if this was supposed to be where my beach wagon is supposed to come from that I ordered. If so that was a $39 loss!

Product advertised was a foldable scooter claiming affiliation through Wal-Mart. Ad stated free shipping and a description of the product and if ordered within a certain amount of time, would include an extra battery for free. Placed order 5/21/2023, card processed 5/22/2023 after locking card and reported information to credit card company and CFPB. Received an unknown package from Stacey Trawick 3300 Leonis Blvd Vernon, CA 90058 6/9/2023 description of product received "loop towel 1 qty" no packing slip. Asked other household members and no one ordered anything in my name.

Mothers day scooter deal. May 7 23.

Contact by email and got a reply.

Site said goods/shipment seized at border. Their warehouse is allowed to liquidate seized bulk items.

Fake tracking system said shipped from China, not US.

Last info on package was delivered to City.

Emailed, their last reply, package was delivered, check mailbox/postofice. Would not say the courier they used.

Tracking number, no info for package by any couriers.

Ordered a battery operated walker for my wife.

After order decided to research walkers and found the real price for a similar device is $699.

Have tried twice to cancel using the only email address I had ([email protected]). No response received.
