I ordered a perfume almost six months ago and never received it. On top of that, I have been getting charged $20 a month since then which is 100% unauthorized. I have been trying to get in contact with this company to get a refund for 4-5 months and each time I reach out they don't respond or tell me my order is in transit. My order has "been in transit" for almost 6 months and that still doesn't explain the unauthorized charges to my account. I just want to be refunded for all the money they have taken from me, but they seem to be out of reach...

You'll be provided a tracking number from Indiana that never moves after "shipping".

Then when you reach out to support, they reply with rude responses until they start ignoring you.

Hi J! I'm going through a similar issue as you described. Except they provided me with a new tracking number with a link when I notified them the first time and it worked for a few days and now it doesn't work mysteriously. So I have no idea where my package is and it's been a month since I made my order. I emailed them again and get no response and it's been 3 days. There's no phone number to call them. I'm going to report is as fraud to my bank. Total Scam this company is !
