On 06-24-2022 I contacted a breeder for a Great Dane puppy, he was in contact with me through email up until the time the puppy was supposed to be delivered to me.

He is based out of Texas. The names they gave me, were Taylor Fowler and Marchae Fowler. I paid them through Zelle app. I have reported them to Zelle, and now to you guys.

I would like to file a formal complaint and try and get my money back. It was a total of $800. How should I proceed
