I ordered three bikes from their website. Months and months went by. I contacted them and every time I did they said it was on its way, it was sent, it was held at customs... always an excuse. I requested my money back but not response. I have contested it with paypal and we will see if i can get my money back. I believe they try to push you into thinking its still coming until it is too late to contest the purchase on Paypal.

Ordered a bike in July. All communication with them is via email and they always say the bike has been shipped and just need a few more days.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! I ORDERED MY BIKE ON JULY 30TH, 2020. I GOT AN EMAIL AT 2:00AM SAYING IT WAS STUCK IN CUSTOMS AND NOW SHIPPING. THAT WAS A MONTH AGO! UGH!

I’m in the same boat I order mine in July 22 nd 2020 how did you do your dispute with the bank and how did you go about the dispute. I keep asking this company to give me my money back and they won’t.

SCAM
As stated they do not have any bikes to sell. They are just after your money. they give a fake label and the item will always stay in "Ready for UPS" to fool you. Every email is responded at 2:00 AM EST. Everytime they will be like "yes order is shipped we will push the carrier" BUT the real idea is to delay so that they can collect their money.
DO NOT WASTE your time and $ on them.

is a SCAM WEBSITE!
This SCAM WEBSITE RESTRICTS it's VICTIMS to email correspondence ONLY and has NO phone number or physical address! This should be a RED FLAG because the CRIMINALS behind this SCAM WEBSITE want to remain ANONYMOUS to AVOID CRIMINAL PROSECUTION and other LEGAL RAMIFICATIONS!

This online retailer is a SCAM, I ordered a pair of shoes on November 7th, and my order has still not arrived. When I attempt to track the package with the tracking number they provided to me, It states that the package remains in China, with no updated since November 21st (today is December 2nd). This company advertises on social media (Facebook and Instagram) that they have 'fast shipping', etc. When I disputed this on their Facebook page, they removed my comment and blocked me from further comments to the page.
