I purchased a bike July 15,2020 from Blisshoes.com. I have sent numerous emails requesting the tracking information and an updated location. The first tracking number was not valid, the second and third tracking numbers are with UPS. The first of those, the label was created (never updated), the item weight is stated as 4.7lbs. The second one shows the item was delivered to an address in California on 9/23/2020 with a weight of 19lbs. The other responses from this company have all been pre-written semi automated responses that yield no useful information. I have yet to contact PayPal as I was hoping it was because of COVID this has been delayed.
