I was displeased with the quality of my mask. I ordered 3 but only opened one to test it out.The mask smelled like tobacco, I couldn't breathe in it, and the stitching wasn't to my liking. So, I emailed blklabelcompany.com and requested a refund. I had to send multiple emails before I got a response asking if I'd like a replacement. I declined and asked to return my order for a refund. I got no response. So, I left a negative review on their instagram page to warn others of their horrible customer service, and that's when I received a phone call from "Patty". Patty said, blklabelco has never had an issue with poor quality and they do not issue refunds (they only offer replacements). She said she would talk to "the owner" on 7/20/20 to discuss my complaint. I have not received anymore contact since talking to Patty.
I checked their website and it lists that they do issue refunds for unopened products that are free of odor/use/damage. Well, I only opened 1 of the 3 masks and it was defective because of their fault. Why does their website's return policy say they issue refunds, but Patty said on the phone that they only issue replacements?
Everything about this "company" is sketchy. I take responsibility for not doing my research before purchasing. They have deleted my negative feedback and blocked me from their instagram. I have not received my refund, so I filed a claim with my bank.
