Buyers beware

Buyers beware! They're customer service is awful I've been dealing with them since the end of November beginning of December I bought a total of 6 blankets 4 which were suppose to say love Grandma but I received one that said love Grammy and grampy and they will not exchange it even in the original packing they sent it in and it's unopened. My little granddaughter is devastated that everyone got their blanket but her! There is no grampy and I'm not Grammy!

Ordered a quilt for $87.95 on March 13,2021--Money was taken from my account immediately and now I am waiting for the item to arrive but at this point I am feeling as if I have been scammed big time. The current e-mails from them tell me to monitor the shipment via USPS but there is nothing going on ,no status, . You have scammed me ! It is now March 27,2021 and you continue to jerk me around with your lies---how about all of us get together and bring up a lawsuit against your fake "BLOCK OF GEAR" ---I don't know who or what you are but I guarantee you that you will refund all money to those of us who have been scammed by your evil tactics !

On April 20, 2020, I saw an ad on Facebook and I went to the website and purchased a blanket for my daughter’s birthday. Understanding that with COVID, deliveries would be slow. I didn’t think much but after other packages came through, I reached out to the business through the support email. I received an email that seemed false. I asked if the company was legitimate. They said yes and the item will bel delivered shortly. I reached out again and still the issue has not been resolved. I reached out to the USPS for tracking with the number sent to me by the company and was informed that there was not item mailed with that tracking number. My daughter did not get the gift for her birthday and I am out of $76.90 to a fake company. This websites must be dismantled.

I ordered from this company claiming they are located in California. Their order policy states orders will be processed and shipped within 7 business days. I ordered April 15,2020 and as of June 10,2020 I still have not received my order that was supposedly shipped May 10,2020. I’ve email SEVERAL times and receive the same response of your order has been shipped please allow extra time for shipping due to COVID19. Ummm I’ve ordered a ton of things during this pandemic and have gotten everything I ordered in a very reasonable time. I’ve asked for a refund but keep getting the run around.
