Facebook scammer Blonde Richard is doing online sales and was selling ticket to Kaleo band concert that is going to occur in Red Butte Garden in Salt Lake City UT on 5/18/22. Unfortunately he made me pay him through Paypal as a family and friends option and never sent the ticket. I have tried to escalate with Paypal and my bank to cancel transaction or put a dispute but I was told it is late and scammer received money. I am trying to contact scammer and he does not respond me back.

After I have paid him I found out he is scammer and sells tickets or some other items in many other states.

He has multiple names on Facebook: Blonde Richards/Brink Thomas/ Masta DM.
