It promises to deliver an order by a specific date (Valentine's Day)and never delivers. Refund policy is where you see that it take a minumum of 20 business days to receive product.Refund policy is basically covering them by any means to not be responsible for products delivery nor refund. I haven't seen anyone that has received their products.
