Urgent voicemail informing that there is looming legal action against me and I need to call the number to find out what. It also had file number. The agency had the correct first name and my phone number, but incorrect last name and social security number. It is NOT me, but they got my last name out it and the last four of my soc. I called back to see if they were legit, and HOW they got my phone number. They hung up on me.
