It looked just like the Bloomchic clothing website. I made 2 separate purchases. I got suspicious when they sent me an email with a supposed tracking number and nothing came up. I contacted them again and they said basically be patient the clothes would be here soon. Still no tracking info and now when I click on the website it says error

I clicked on an ad on Instagram or Facebook that looked like a sale on Bloomchic. I didn't realize until I saw the email confirmation that it was through fallacture. I received "tracking" information that made it seem the package was stuck in customs which didn't initially seem too out of the ordinary. The package was supposedly delivered after over a month. I requested photographic proof of the delivery or an immediate refund. I was told that I had not provided an accurate address - not true - and at most they could provide a 60% refund for products I never received.
