I saw an ad on Instagram of a well-known shop called BloomChic. It was advertising a dress sale which I later realized that the "dresses" were rip offs of a clothing brand called JessaKae on Instagram. Well, I clicked on the link because I recognized the shop BloomChic. I purchased my items and received the confirmation email and it seemed normal. A few days later I received an email saying that my order had shipped and when I clicked on the link, everything was in Chinese, and it was a logistics service platform that I did not recognize. This prompted me to go back to Instagram and look up that ad. I found it and went under the comment section where I saw a lot of other people that had purchased items with them and never received their items. I was lucky enough to have used the pay in 4 platform Zip, so the card I used for my order was a one-time use card, so if there were other attempted charges, they would have gone to a non-existent card. I got a legitimate tracking notification from the SHOP app. This app will tell me when packages are being shipped, estimated delivery times etc. It gave me a notification that my "package" was on its way and a few days later it showed it as being "delivered" which at this point, I already knew I had been scammed. I checked the tracking number against the UPSP tracking website and it said, "shipping label created, not yet in system". I have seen this message before when ordering from Shein so at first, I had a tad bit of hope, then when I read more into the company, read review, then received the notification that my package had been delivered, I knew I would never see my items OR that money ever again. When I first started to suspect that I had been scammed I had reached out to the "customer service" email they had listed and was told "I am sorry to hear that you want to cancel your order. But I should tell you that this product is very rare and missed products will not be available for purchase. I will send you the best logistics. You can receive the goods within 6-10. This is very rare. I suggest you keep your order". I replied back that I wanted a refund immediately and that I was reaching out to the ScamPulse.com to report them. They of course came back with "After inspection, we found that your package has indeed arrived at your local post office and indicated that it was delivered properly. (attached picture of the bogus tracking) If you have not received the package, please try to find your package in the following two ways: 1. Contact your local post office and provide your name, address and the tracking number you received. 2. Check with your neighbours and family members and ask if they have signed the package for you." I replied that I was home all day and there was no delivery and that I will expect a full refund. Then I get an email saying that they checked my package information and that it seems to be a small package and that maybe the warehouse staff sent the wrong item for me. If that was the case that they would resent the correct item for me but I would need to find that last package before that and if I could recheck that I received the package...It's just been an ongoing game...

I was on Facebook and saw an ad for Bloomchic. I clicked it and they had dresses for 5.99. I bought the dresses and then realized the website name was not the same as the actual Bloomchic website.
