Since this is the second time you have failed to receive the package, I think the courier has some problems with the delivery service in your area. We have filed a claim with them already.

Since our products have been sold at very low prices, when choosing logistics services, we cannot choose delivery services with a proof of receipt that requires more fees. The clothes took 2 months to be shipped. And You will NEVER recieve a refund or return for the items, as it states on the website 'simple hassle-free' returns. LIES. WARNING...DO NOT ORDER FROM BLOOMCHIC!! I spent over $400 and have still not recieved a refund. This company is dishonest and provodes FALSE information on the website which is disleading toward customers. They need to be shut down
