I saw an influencer on Instagram with clothes from bloom chic and so I checked out the site. The clothes were cheap which I thought was odd but with retailers like Shien, I felt it was worth checking out. I ordered items and received confirmation. There was a tracking website, which was not one from the main US carriers. A month after placing my order I see the item was labeled delivered. I never received an email that it was delivered but checked the tracking site daily to see. Once I couldn’t locate the package, I emailed customer service to locate the package or refund me. They offered to resend free of charge. I was given an ETA of 7 days. Order replaced June 19. Tracking site said delivered on July 2nd. Still no package. Submitted claim with bank July 8.

I received an advertisement via instagram and went to the company website provided in the link and purchased clothing. The order reply email came with a confirmation of shipment and tracking. After 31 days the product showed delivered in the status but never arrived. When I contacted BloomChic they stated they did not take responsibility for my order or my refund and claimed their order numbers are only 7 digits. An odd excuse. They never stated they didnt get my order just that the order number was too long. Very odd. In the shipping app. Thousands of customers stated they did not receive their packages. I believe they are a fake company taking money and never shipping items. I and countless others are being scammed every minute. Possibly every second. Please take immediate action.

They told me that the shipment was delivered by the Courier they used, but I never received the first attempt at delivered and offered to resend the items ordered. Here is what they emailed me back on 06/16/2024

Since this is the second time you have failed to receive the package, I think the courier has some problems with the delivery service in your area. We have filed a claim with them already.

And about the delivery proof you required, I am sorry but the courier cannot provide it for you. Please allow me to clarify the current situation first. Since our products have been sold at very low prices, when choosing logistics services, we cannot choose delivery services with a proof of receipt that requires more fees. As you know, signature service requires more manpower and time costs, so it will be more expensive than ordinary delivery services.

In that case, although the courier still refused to bear all the loss of the order since the package was shown delivered, we tried our best to require them to increase the proportion of the compensation for the loss as much as possible. With our unremitting efforts, we have obtained a 70% refund for you. I know this may be different from the ratio you expected, but please understand that we also suffered a huge loss as the products were sold at a very low price already. We would appreciate it if you could understand our difficulty.

Made a purchase for $36.79 via BloomChic.com. They lead you to believe that the company is in California. I received an email that my shipment has been delivered but I have not received my order. When I went to submit a complaint email I noticed that the company is actually operated in China. I then googled them and found MANY complaints about people placing orders and not receiving them.

I purchased clothing from bloomchic on 9/11 during their Labor Day Sale that was posted on Instagram. I paid via my Credit Card, who already refunded my money, but the seller kept sending me information and details of shipping and tracking and when delivere the 1st time they said its the transport comapny. They sent a replacement and again shows delivered. Today I recieved this response from them: Hello, A kxxxxx

The clothes took 2 months to be shipped. And You will NEVER recieve a refund or return for the items, as it states on the website 'simple hassle-free' returns. LIES. WARNING...DO NOT ORDER FROM BLOOMCHIC!! I spent over $400 and have still not recieved a refund. This company is dishonest and provodes FALSE information on the website which is disleading toward customers. They need to be shut down
