I ordered an arrangement to be sent on the date specified (5 days from my order date) and paid for delivery. Bloomex's website indicated that by paying for delivery, the arrangement will be delivered on the specified date. The recipient did not received the arrangement on the specific date and that was important it was delivered on that date. When I tried to reach Bloomex, the phone lines do not work for existing orders (simply hangs up) and when you speak to a "live" agent, they are sales only and refuses to help with existing order and directed to the online chat. The online chats closed every time I complained and are automated and the "agent" simply just repeats the Fedex number (which indicated that the arrangement is still in transit a day after it was to be delivered). When I finally got a hold of someone TWO days after the delivery date, they alleged an email was sent to me that they couldn't delivered on time and that I would get a credit for my next purchase and they told me in an email and gave me less than a day to reply if it was ok to deliver late but they would give an upgrade. I NEVER received that said email and on top of it, how can a company act without receiving a response??? They refused to provide a full refund for their failure to fulfill my order and insisted it was their policy because they had sent the arrangement. I then spoke to some colleagues and apparently it is their business practice to NEVER deliver anything on time as they had the same experience and they were unable to have any satisfactory resolution. Essentially there is no "customer service", no fulfilling their end of the bargain - you are paying for a service that you will NOT get and they will continue to act that way (even though their website clearly promises something else and you believe you are paying for someone else!!!).

You do not receive what you order and they do not try to compensate you or fix the problem everytime you call your given different answers and even wants you ask to talk to a supervisor no one gets in touch with you
